The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Officer for the electronics and mechanical industry in Bedok South.

Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, optimizing costs, and ensuring delivery commitments to support manufacturing operations. Candidate requirements include a Diploma/Degree in manufacturing or related engineering, at least 2 years procurement experience, knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001, and proficiency in SAP or ERP; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management Systems and/or ISO 9001 requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, research, and evaluate suppliers and stockists meeting quality, cost, delivery, and reliability requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities such as promotions and rebates to achieve procurement savings.
• Assess supplier capabilities and products to meet specifications, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules within approved authority.
• Manage and monitor forecasts, inventories, production schedules, purchase requisitions, and orders to support operations.
• Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and communicate status.
• Source alternative suppliers to mitigate disruptions and ensure continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance on Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Flexibility (QDCF).
• Build relationships with suppliers and strategic partners for long-term objectives.
