Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement professional in Singapore to source, evaluate and manage suppliers for quality, cost and timely delivery.

You will analyze quotations, negotiate terms, and execute purchases within approved limits to support manufacturing operations. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor supplier performance against QDCF goals, and liaise with internal teams on forecasts, inventory, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years procurement or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management Systems and/or ISO 9001 requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, research, and evaluate suppliers and stockists meeting quality, cost, delivery, and reliability requirements.
• Identify promotions, rebates, and other cost-saving opportunities to achieve procurement savings.
• Assess supplier capabilities to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Analyze supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, and place purchases within approval limits.
• Manage and monitor customer forecasts, inventory levels, production schedules, POs, and requisitions to support operations.
• Track PO status with suppliers and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Source alternative suppliers to mitigate disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance on Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Flexibility (QDCF).
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and strategic partners for long-term objectives.
• Liaise with customers regarding obsolete parts management, last-time buys, and alternative sourcing.
