Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites you to join as Procurement Officer in Bedok South, serving the electronics and mechanical industry.

You will source, assess and select suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery targets. We seek a Diploma/Degree holder in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years in procurement or supply chain within manufacturing. SAP/ERP experience and strong Excel skills are required; AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management Systems and/or ISO 9001 requirements is preferred.
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Source, identify, research, and evaluate suppliers and stockists that meet quality, cost, delivery, and reliability requirements.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules; execute purchases within approved authority limits.
Monitor customer forecasts, inventory levels, production schedules, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to support operations.
Track and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers; communicate status to internal stakeholders.
