Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Procurement Officer for the electronics and mechanical manufacturing sector in Bedok South, Singapore.

The role focuses on sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely deliveries to support production schedules. Candidates should have at least 2 years' procurement or supply chain experience, with knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 and proficiency in SAP or ERP systems, plus strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 requirements is preferred.
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Source, identify and evaluate suppliers meeting quality, cost and delivery needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules for purchases.
Monitor inventory, forecasts, and purchase orders to support operations.
Ensure supplier performance aligns with quality, delivery, cost and flexibility targets.
Maintain supplier relationships and support continuous improvement in procurement.
