Job summary

Yeap Medical Supplies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Logistics/Procurement Coordinator to prepare weekly inventory reports, forecast needs to the Managing Director, and coordinate with forwarders to track orders for on-time delivery.

You will maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices, work with warehouse staff on storage, transfers, and stock adjustments, and take on ad hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline; SCM is a plus.
• 2+ years in procurement or logistics with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience with WMS, SCM, and planning.
• Team player with good communication and customer focus.
• Detail-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent and adaptable.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline, Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ procurement or logistics experience Service / Order Fulfilment with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial level
