RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement and logistics professional at Yishun to manage stock, orders and vendor interactions. The role focuses on ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries in a medical supplies environment.

You will coordinate with freight forwarders, prepare weekly reports, supervise a small team, and drive process improvements using WMS and supply chain systems. At least 2 years in procurement or logistics and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level; Diploma or Degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years in procurement, logistics, or order fulfilment.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Experience with WMS and supply chain systems.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and stock forecasts to the Managing Director
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, track purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing, delivery and invoice records
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory control
• Manage stock transfers and inventory adjustments as required
• Support ad-hoc projects and other operational duties

Location: Yishun

Salary: Up to S$3,500 Basic + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
