Job summary

Quess Singapore is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory operations, coordinate logistics activities, and maintain accurate records to support timely order fulfilment and delivery.

The role involves preparing reports, tracking orders with forwarders, and collaborating with warehouse teams. Strong attention to detail and independent work style are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline; Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' procurement or logistics experience in Service/Order Fulfilment.
• Experienced in WMS, SCM and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and forecasts to management
