Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Logistics Operations Assistant in Singapore to monitor daily inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate returns to warehouse/vendor, and process related documentation.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills. You will work in a collaborative team and help prepare inventory reports while ensuring timely invoices and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipment activities.
• Manage and process RTW (Returns to Warehouse) and RTV (Returns to Vendor), including all related documentation.
• Verify and process warehouse invoices in a timely manner.
• Prepare inventory reports and conduct inventory analysis.
• Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Superior or Management.
