The role involves preparing weekly inventory reports, forecasting needs, and coordinating with forwarders to ensure timely deliveries. You will maintain records of purchases, invoices, and deliveries, work with warehouse staff on storage, and handle store transfers and stock adjustments. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree and at least one year in procurement or logistics, with

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree; SCM experience would be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year in procurement or logistics (service / order fulfilment).
• Experience with WMS and SCM systems.
• Strong planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report & Forecast to MD
• Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and enure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of purchased product, delivery informatin and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively upon request
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
