Job summary

STAR FURNITURE PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring a Procurement cum Shipping Assistant to support end-to-end procurement, sourcing, export and shipping operations. You will process POs, manage supplier relationships, coordinate import/export documentation, and ensure accuracy in SAP/ERP records.

Fresh graduates welcome. Diploma in related field, at least 1 year of procurement/shipping experience, good command of English and Mandarin, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in business, purchasing, or logistics.
Minimum 1 year of procurement/shipping experience; furniture industry preferred.
Experience with SAP/ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support sourcing and procurement for Singapore and Taiwan retail, and local projects.
Prepare POs; track confirmations, deliveries, and import/export docs.
Maintain supplier relationships and master data; pursue cost savings.
Coordinate export/shipment with factories and freight partners; ensure SAP records.
