Job summary

TRD SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support import/export operations in Singapore.

You will prepare shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders, and ensure timely bookings. The role involves data entry into SAP, inventory checks, and responding to client inquiries about shipment status. A basic English command and an NITEC qualification are required, with engineering background as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in a related field.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents for import/export compliance.
• Liaise with forwarders and internal teams for timely shipment bookings.
• Input tracking data and inventory movements into SAP.
• Handle client inquiries and provide customer service on shipment status.
• Assist in packing, sorting and verifying inventory accuracy.
