Job summary

You will arrange shipments, track orders, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including documentation such as COOs, Bills of Lading, and HS codes. Strong negotiation and FOB knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with 2–5 years of procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to source products; FOB knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing.
• Request quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement records, price lists, and approved supplier lists.
• Arrange shipment schedules—air, sea, or land—based on deadlines.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and transport companies.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams.
• Prepare commercial documents such as invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading/AWB, COO, Insurance docs, HS codes, etc.
• Ensure import/export compliance and follow company policies.
• Verify accuracy of supplier and freight partner documentation.
