Job summary

TEN-LEAGUE CORPORATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement/logistics professional to manage end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee LC documentation for a maternity cover role in Singapore.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong contract and negotiation skills, and a solid grasp of customs and international shipping procedures. You will coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in procurement or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and in a team.
• Hands-on experience in L/C.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping.
• Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement including sourcing, tenders, and vendor negotiations.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms and pricing with suppliers.
• Place purchase orders and track deliveries to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Handle contract and vendor relationship management, including supplier risk monitoring.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines on deliveries.
• Handle Import/Export LC documentation and negotiation.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, packing list).
• Maintain records and reports including shipping manifests and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
