Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage end-to-end procurement for ship stores and crew provisions.

You will issue purchase orders after confirming requirements, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate documentation. This role collaborates with sales and operations, monitors vessel schedules, handles receipts and invoicing, and assists with customs clearance for spares.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers after receiving customer orders and confirm orders with customers.
• Print receipts and checklists and hand to the relevant department to arrange.
• Monitor vessel schedules to ensure ship's stores are prepared and delivered on time.
• Assist the sales team in handling complaints.
• Collect signed receipts from relevant departments and prepare documents to issue invoices for accounts.
• Responsible for purchasing provisions and bonded stores for crew members.
• Handle customs clearance of spare parts and prepare shipping documents.
• Assist colleagues with other daily tasks.
