Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing/Order Admin on a 6‑month maternity cover. The role requires handling orders, quotations, distributor coordination and ERP entry, with a monthly standby schedule for weekends/public holidays.

Based at Paya Lebar MRT, the position starts October 2026 and offers a completion bonus after six months. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business Studies, 2+ years’ experience, and strong communication plus MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• Available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle)
• Other duties as assigned
