Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement processes and contract administration, ensuring compliance with policies and timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires tracking outstanding Purchase Orders and supporting year-end closing activities.

Based at Upper Jurong Road, this fixed-term position runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, with a workweek from Monday to Friday and standard government procurement workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public sector contracts and procurement workflow.
• Familiar with Government IMs and procurement policies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract status and assist in contract administration work.
• Review papers for contract establishment, renewal and variation, liaising with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and advise on procurement modes.
• Review requirement specifications and evaluation reports for ad-hoc procurement projects and facilitate procurement.
• Prepare materials for quarterly contract meetings and draft meeting minutes.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
• Track outstanding Purchase Orders and assist in payment performance management during year-end closing.
