Job summary

Heilind Asia Pacific (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail oriented Procurement Coordinator to support end-to-end procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will enter data, monitor supplier updates, and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Ideal candidates have a diploma or O‑level, 3+ years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE O Level is required.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the procurement process.
• Confirm and expedite factory purchase orders.
• Promptly maintain system integrity on supplier updates.
• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier details, order history, and pricing data.
• Identify and elevate issues with late deliveries, order discrepancies or quality issues.
• Resolve / elevate all related problems on incoming parts, such as old datecode, damage parts etc with / to Procurement Specialists
• Comply with the Company's Quality Management System
• Other duties as assigned.
