Job summary

Fast Offshore Supply Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Purchasing/Procurement Assistant responsible for liaising with internal parties, processing orders, and closing purchases with proper documentation.

You will monitor supplier performance on price, quality and delivery, assist in purchasing, logistics, and data entry, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely purchases and accurate records. Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and data entry
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal parties for all purchases and process orders timely
• Ensure proper and complete closure of all purchases including documentation and data entry
• Monitor the performance of suppliers in terms of price, quality and delivery
• Assist in purchasing, logistic and good receiving
• Ensure accuracy of data entry
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders on purchasing process
• Monitor performance of vendors in terms of price, payment terms, quality and delivery
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by Superior
