Job summary

Advance Technic Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement-support role based in Singapore to assist in creating purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, coordinating deliveries, and updating job costing. The position involves tracking manpower data and ensuring accurate project records while liaising with the Accounts and workshop teams.

Ideal candidates will coordinate training sessions for workers and uphold timely, efficient collaboration with the office staff to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders promptly upon approval and instruction to support procurement processes
• Source and compare supplier quotes to obtain competitive pricing for required items
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and smooth receipt of materials at the workshop
• Update job costing records accurately to reflect project expenses and budgets
• Record daily manpower data from WhatsApp and reconcile with project time logs for accuracy
• Verify diesel top-up records from drivers via WhatsApps and submit compiled data to Accounts
• Arrange and coordinate training sessions for workers to maintain skill development
• Collaborate effectively with office team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
