Job summary

On The Way To Success in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations for Singapore OEM and Malaysia plants. This role requires 5–10 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in OEM or aerospace environments, with proven leadership and strong negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will drive procurement KPIs, develop sourcing strategies, and build strong supplier relationships while overseeing commodity sourcing activities. A Bachelor's Degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Position: Procurement Manager

Location: East
Working time: Mon - Fri
Salary: up to SGD $6500

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations for Singapore OEM and Malaysia plants, providing guidance and support to the team.
• Drive procurement KPIs including OTD, PPV, delinquency management, and supplier performance.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, supplier consolidation, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage regional/global commodity sourcing activities and achieve material cost targets.
• Build strong supplier relationships and lead supplier improvement and corrective action programs.
• Handle commercial negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives while minimizing risks.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support manufacturing operations.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing to support sourcing decisions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations on supplier qualification and NPI activities.
• Support procurement team development, sourcing activities, and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with strong business and commercial acumen.
