Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Officer in Singapore to source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage orders to meet quality and delivery standards.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a relevant engineering field with at least 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing. Proficiency with SAP/ERP and strong Excel skills are preferred. Immediate contact via WhatsApp is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with at least 2 years in procurement/supply chain in manufacturing.
• AS9100 or ISO 9001 knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, research and evaluate suppliers meeting quality, cost, delivery and reliability requirements.
• Identify promotions, rebates and other cost-saving opportunities.
• Assess supplier capabilities to ensure compliance with specifications and delivery commitments.
• Analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules; place purchases within authority.
• Manage forecasts, inventory, production schedules and purchase orders to support operations.
• Track purchase orders and communicate status to internal stakeholders.
• Source alternative suppliers to mitigate disruptions and ensure continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance against Quality, Delivery, Cost and Flexibility (QDCF).
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners for long-term objectives.
• Liaise with customers on obsolete parts management and sourcing alternatives.
• Support continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and aerospace/manufacturing requirements.
