Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement Manager in Singapore to lead procurement operations, align talent development with organizational strategies, and continuously upgrade team capabilities.

Responsibilities include expanding the global supplier base, defining category strategies, and managing sourcing and delivery across full project lifecycles with cross‑functional teams to meet cost targets and drive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; STEM background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement management experience.
• Familiarity with IATF16949 automotive quality system preferred.
• Extensive experience in electronic component procurement with global supplier networks.

Job description

Job Title: Procurement Manager

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location: Ubi Avenue

Salary: $10,000 - $13,500

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead procurement operations, align talent development with organizational strategies, and continuously upgrade team capabilities.
• 2. Build and expand global core component supplier base, define category procurement and inventory strategies, and lead component sourcing, selection and delivery assurance across full project lifecycles.
• 3. Partner with cross-functional teams to meet project cost targets during supplier nomination, and execute structured cost-down programs for mass production.
• 4. Track industry trends and competitor movements, and formulate risk mitigation plans to address technological upgrades, cost fluctuations and supply chain disruptions.
• 5. Develop and optimize role-based SOPs, streamline end-to-end procurement workflows and internal governance mechanisms.
• 6. Drive cross-departmental alignment to resolve operational and team management issues.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; STEM background preferred. Minimum 3 years of procurement management experience.
• 2. Familiarity with IATF16949 automotive quality system is highly preferred.
• 3. Extensive experience in electronic component procurement with established global supplier networks and solid expertise in automotive electronics market.
• 4. Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities with strong professionalism, execution and accountability.
