Job summary

TALENTVUE PTE. LTD. invites seasoned procurement professionals to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations and procurement activities to drive cost savings and profitability.

You will oversee supplier performance, quality, compliance, risk management, and ensure reliable supply for production and OTIF delivery, while building the procurement team and managing high-value contracts (> SGD 50M).

Qualifications

• Experience leading sourcing and procurement in manufacturing.
• 8–10 years' procurement experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and procurement.
• Oversee supplier performance, quality, compliance, risk, and on-time supply.
• Manage procurement budgets, POs, contracts, and high-value spend (> SGD 50M).
• Develop and lead the supply chain team, drive KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leverage SAP, Epicor, Excel, e-sourcing, analytics, and AI tools to boost efficiency.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and procurement activities to drive cost savings and business profitability.
• Manage supplier performance, quality, compliance, risk, and ensure reliable supply of materials to support production and OTIF delivery.
• Oversee procurement budgets, POs, contracts, and commodity spend, including high-value contracts of SGD 50M+.
• Lead and develop the supply chain/procurement team, driving KPIs, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive supplier development, sourcing of engineering components/materials, and compliance with ISO, ESG, trade, and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage SAP/Epicor, Excel, e-sourcing, analytics, and AI tools to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree
• At least 8-10 years' procurement experience in manufacturing
