Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior procurement leader to design end-to-end procurement frameworks and category strategies for direct and indirect spend in the automotive electronics space.

You will lead enterprise-level negotiations, drive cost reduction and total cost of ownership optimization while maintaining quality and delivery standards. You will build and lead a high-performing procurement team, establish supplier performance and risk management frameworks, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience, with a proven track record in automotive electronics.
• Hands-on experience building procurement functions from scratch; deep knowledge of APAC/SEA supply markets.

• Lead the end-to-end design of procurement frameworks, policies, and SOPs; establish category strategies for direct and indirect spend; implement supplier performance and risk management frameworks.
• Drive strategic sourcing and enterprise-level contract negotiations to deliver cost reduction and total cost of ownership optimization without compromising quality or delivery.
• Build and manage the supplier base through regular audits and performance reviews; cultivate strategic partnerships within the automotive electronics ecosystem.
• Develop and lead a high-performing procurement team by defining roles and career paths; foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
