Job summary

Glendale Electronic Components Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an electronics procurement specialist to source, negotiate and purchase from vendors to support projects and sales.

You will work with the Production team, maintain vendor relationships for quality and on-time delivery, and assist in day-to-day procurement operations. The role requires 2–3 years in electronics manufacturing, a Diploma in Engineering or related, and exposure to sourcing/procurement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent electronics qualification.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or procurement environment preferred.
• Candidates without experience may apply and will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and purchase from vendors to support projects and sales.
• Work with Production team and support in planning.
• Create and maintain good relationships with key vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Assist in day-to-day procurement operations.
• Assist in all procurement documentation in an orderly manner.
• Manage and maintain data in the system promptly.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate risks affecting delivery targets.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth material support.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, price and criteria.

7. Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate and supply issues which may pose a risk or impact on business delivery targets and customer expectations.
8. Work closely with team and ensure smooth material support.
9. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standard, delivery time, best price and ensure all criteria are met according to organization requirements and expectation.
