Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager to lead procurement activities, including tender management and contract variations. You will prepare documents, collaborate with internal teams on project scopes, and engage suppliers to ensure value for money.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration and 1–2 years’ procurement experience, with strong communication and analytical skills. Immediate start for a 3‑month contract; 42 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of procurement experience.
• Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage procurement activities, including tenders and contract variations.
• Prepare procurement documents, including requirement specifications and evaluation criteria.
• Work with internal teams to develop project scopes and requirements for services, equipment and infrastructure projects.
• Obtain quotations and prepare funding documents for budget approval.
• Conduct market research and engage suppliers to understand market conditions and capabilities.
• Develop procurement specifications and supporting documents for tender exercises.
• Evaluate tender submissions, prepare recommendations and coordinate with stakeholders on project implementation.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and achieve value for money.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
