THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Pasir Panjang, Singapore, is seeking a Customer Services Executive (Logistics) to support customers by phone and email and coordinate shipments.

The role covers preparing shipping documents and handling import/export paperwork, monitoring shipments for timely delivery, and processing invoices. In-house software training will be provided. Working hours are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site operations in Pasir Panjang.

Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Process invoices promptly and accurately.
Ensure import/export operations run smoothly and comply with SOP.
