Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O Level / Polytechnic Diploma.
Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics activities.
Ensure smooth and timely flow of goods across the supply chain.
Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport.
Monitor overnight parking charges for the yard.
Submit documents for billing and coordinate with Accounts department.
Monitor trailers/vehicles for inspections and GPS tracking.
Update master trailer list and maintain yard control.
Collaborate with Production and internal coordinators to ensure delivery efficiency.
