Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PTP / Procurement Lead to own end-to-end Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay delivery, including procurement processes, supplier and contract management, and Finance integration.

Responsibilities include leading PTP delivery, configuring procurement workflows, and managing master data migration while coordinating with Finance, Security, and Testing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP MM / Sourcing & Procurement experience.
• 5+ years as an SAP Procurement / PTP Lead.
• 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement implementations.
• Strong understanding of Finance/AP integration.
• Experience with supplier and material master-data governance and migration.
• Experience implementing procurement approval hierarchies and SoD controls.
• Government/public-sector procurement experience preferred.
• Defence or security-cleared environment experience is a plus.

Position: SAP S/4HANA PTP / Procurement Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PTP / Procurement Lead to own end-to-end Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay functional delivery, including procurement processes, supplier and contract management, Finance integration, testing, data migration, cutover and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PTP / Sourcing & Procurement delivery covering purchase requisitions, purchasing, contracts, source determination, goods receipt and invoice verification.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and configure procurement processes based on organisational policies, approval hierarchies and government procurement requirements.
• Design and manage catalogue, supplier and contract management processes.
• Work with SAP Ariba, Central Procurement and Guided Buying where applicable.
• Own procurement master data including materials/services, vendors, purchasing info records and source lists .
• Lead master-data migration, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Define procurement authorisation and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls in coordination with Security.
• Manage integration with SAP Finance/AP and Asset Management.
• Lead SIT/UAT , including three-way matching and procurement approval workflow testing.
• Manage procurement cutover, including open PO and contract migration , go-live and hypercare.
• Provide functional leadership and work closely with Finance, Technical, Security, Data Migration and Testing teams.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP MM / Sourcing & Procurement experience.
• At least 5+ years as an SAP Procurement / PTP Lead.
• Minimum 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with: SAP S/4HANA Procurement SAP MM Purchasing & Procurement Invoice Verification Source & Contract Management Procurement Workflows
• Strong understanding of Finance/AP integration.
• Experience with supplier and material master-data governance and migration.
• Experience implementing procurement approval hierarchies and SoD controls .
• Government/public-sector procurement experience is highly preferred.
• Defence or security-cleared environment experience will be an added advantage.

Education & Certifications

• Mandatory:
  • Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • SAP certification in S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement / MM.
  • SAP Activate awareness.
• Preferred:
  • SAP Ariba certification.
  • CIPS or equivalent procurement qualification.
  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or equivalent security-awareness certification.
