Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a SAP MM-Procurement Lead to spearhead the Procure-to-Pay stream, covering sourcing, procurement design and integration with Ariba and central procurement.

You will own master data and drive end-to-end PTP delivery, with governance across government procurement rules. The role requires 10+ years in SAP MM / Sourcing & Procurement, 5+ years as lead and at least two full lifecycle implementations, including S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years SAP MM/Sourcing & Procurement experience.
• 5+ years as a procurement/PTP lead with two full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience with S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and Ariba integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PTP delivery: purchaser requisitions, purchasing, contracts, source determination, goods receipt, invoice verification and integration to Finance (AP).
• Lead Fit-to-Standard for procurement; configure against policy, approval hierarchies and government procurement rules (GeBIZ alignment where relevant).
• Design catalogue, supplier and contract management, including SAP Ariba / central procurement / guided-buying integration in scope.
• Own procurement master data (materials/services, vendors, purchasing info records, source lists) and the migration mapping and validation.
• Define procurement authorisation and segregation of duties with Security.
• Own materials-management touchpoints where in scope and integration to Finance and Asset domains.
• Lead SIT/UAT for procurement, including three-way match and approval-workflow testing.
• Own cutover and hypercare for the procurement domain, including open-PO and contract migration.

Job Description

SAP S/4HANASourcing & Procurement Lead - Procure-to-Pay

Functional lead for the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workstream. Owns Sourcing & Procurement design, build and deployment, including any SAP Ariba /central-procurement integration.

4. Relevant SAP Implementation Experience

Minimum: 10+years SAP MM / Sourcing & Procurement experience, of which 5+ years as a procurement / PTP lead, with at least two full-lifecycle implementations including S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement .

5. Relevant Expertise

• PTP breadth: S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, MM, invoice verification and contract / source management; Ariba or central procurement where deployed.
• Government procurement: approval hierarchies, compliance controls and alignment with public-sector procurement standards.
• Integration & data: AP / Finance integration, supplier and materials master governance, and migration.
