Job summary

ACCORD INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant to join our SAP consulting team and lead end-to-end procurement and inventory management implementations.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across P2P, integration, data migration and go-live support, delivering sustainable SAP MM solutions on ECC and S/4HANA platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA MM.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in procurement and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering and Fit-to-Standard/ Fit-Gap workshops.

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant to join our SAP consulting team and support the implementation, transformation, integration and ongoing enhancement of SAP Materials Management solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations and supply chain processes .

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams and project stakeholders across the full SAP project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live and post-production support.

The role is suitable for a consultant with strong hands-on SAP MM experience who can operate independently and engage confidently with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

SAP MM Functional Consulting

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP MM functionality across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and inventory management.
• Support Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, RFQs, quotations and procurement workflows.
• Configure and support Inventory Management, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer Orders and physical inventory processes .
• Support Vendor Invoice Verification and procurement-related processes.
• Support Material Master and Vendor/Business Partner master-data governance.
• Support Release Strategy / Flexible Workflow and procurement approvals.
• Support Service Procurement, Subcontracting and Batch Management processes.
• Provide functional support for warehouse and logistics-related processes.

SAP S/4HANA Transformation

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementation projects .
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyse existing business processes and recommend SAP standard/best-practice solutions.
• Support business process harmonisation and SAP transformation initiatives.
• Assist in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation and migration activities.
• Support SAP Fiori-enabled procurement processes where applicable.

Integration

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration between SAP MM and:FI/COSDPPQMEWM/WMSAP CPIABAPExternal systems and middleware
• Support integration with MES, WMS, 3PL, EDI and other enterprise applications .
• Analyse integration requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery.

Project Delivery

• Gather and document functional requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms and workflows.
• Coordinate with developers and technical teams for solution implementation.
• Prepare and execute SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Manage defect identification, analysis and resolution.
• Support data migration validation, reconciliation and master-data activities.
• Support cutover planning and execution.
• Provide go-live, hypercare and post-production support.
• Prepare user documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

Application Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide SAP MM production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Analyse incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA requirements.
• Support minor enhancements and change requests.
• Identify opportunities for procurement, inventory and supply-chain process improvements.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and follow SAP governance and change-management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• 10+ years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA MM .
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience in procurement and inventory management.
