Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD seeks an experienced SAP functional consultant to lead SCM programs in a global aerospace and defence context. You will drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design across demand planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.

You will configure SAP MM, WM/EWM, PP, and APO/IBP on an S/4HANA landscape, ensuring ITAR/EAR compliance and guiding cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, and finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as an SAP functional consultant, with dedicated experience in SAP SCM (MM, WM/EWM, PP, or related supply chain modules).
• Minimum 10 years of experience specifically within the aerospace and defence industry, with strong understanding of complex, regulated, long-lead-time supply chains.
• Proven experience on at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehouse/logistics execution, and supplier collaboration processes.
• Familiarity with export control (ITAR/EAR or equivalent) and defence procurement compliance requirements as they relate to system configuration.
• Experience integrating supply chain processes with manufacturing, quality, and finance modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities
