Job summary

JPN INDUSTRIAL TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement Administrator to support the purchasing team by handling purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining vendor documentation. The candidate should have a Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years in industrial machinery trading, and strong Excel skills. Ability to start quickly is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the industrial machinery trading industrial sector.
• Proficient in Excel to manage data and reporting tasks.
• Ability to start work within a short period of time.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and verify invoice pricing to ensure accurate payment submissions to the Accounts Department
• Communicate with suppliers via email to resolve invoice discrepancies and clarify order details
• Update inventory records and perform stock deductions in the system based on warehouse data to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Prepare reports to support purchasing and inventory management activities
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisors to support team operations
