JPN Industrial Trading Pte Ltd. is seeking a proactive Procurement Lead to oversee end-to-end purchasing for machinery spare parts and materials.

You will manage the procurement team, drive strategic sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate purchase orders to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership, experience in procurement, and the ability to work with local and overseas suppliers to meet project objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably with machinery spare parts or engineering materials.
• Leadership and team management skills, with ability to allocate tasks and develop team members.
• Knowledge of machinery spare parts, sourcing processes, supplier contracts, PO management, inventory control, and shipment coordination.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the procurement team, overseeing daily purchasing activities and staff development.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project requirements and cost optimization.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, PO management and delivery coordination.
• Review and approve requisitions, quotations, products, and services for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and onboard qualified suppliers in line with procurement procedures and compliance.
