Job description

We are looking for Procurement Executive with proven tender management experience especially related to building facilities and ancillary services in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for supporting end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.
  2. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation requirements, and audit standards.
  3. Manage tender processes end-to-end, including preparation of tender documents, consolidation of specifications, coordinating site show-rounds, and facilitating clarification sessions with vendors.
  4. Evaluate tender submissions, perform price and technical comparison, and prepare recommendation reports for management approval.
  5. Ensure all tender activities comply with organizational policies, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  6. Manage timelines efficiently to ensure smooth execution from tender initiation to award.
  7. Monitor stock level and replenishment.
  8. Conduct regular Stock Take activities. Report to the management on any misuse or theft of stock.
  9. Assist in projects.
  10. Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably within the healthcare, facilities, or services sector.
  • Familiar with tender management process
  • Team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, RFQ/RFP/TENDER processes, and vendor management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
