Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a full-time procurement and logistics professional to manage sales orders, inventory, and supplier relations.

You will receive orders, create sales and shop orders, coordinate quotes, and support NPI activities to drive cost and lead-time improvements. You will collaborate with manufacturing to align equipment, manpower and workload, maintain inventory levels at warehouse and customer sites, and negotiate with suppliers to meet production requirements and

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Nitec or Diploma required
• Singaporean or eligible to work in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from customers and create sales and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and manage customer order schedules.
• Coordinate with Program Management to provide quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing on equipment, manpower and workload.
• Ensure development and implementation of long-term contracts with suppliers.
• Manage inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for Kanban items.
• Respond to inquiries about products, prices and quotations.
• Issue POs to suppliers based on forecasts and shortages.
• Support NPI activities.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce cost and lead times.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Job Description

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload. Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement
• Support NPI (FAI) activities
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
