Job summary

3 EMBERS CULINARY CRAFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to source and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring quality, price and timely delivery. You will support purchase orders via the E-Procurement system and assist in month-end closing processes.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality/F&B purchasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing/sourcing experience in hospitality/F&B.
• Resourceful with negotiation, writing and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Source & negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.

• Support all users for all Purchase Orderswith E-Procurement System and meeting Finance month end closing deadlines.

• To attend to complaints and feed backs fromusers regarding to supplier services, product quality and quantity issues.
• Ensure smooth delivery of products to allusers.
• Coordinate all administrative matters,liaising with all departments and customers directly and new opening outlet.
• Toundertake whatever related duties or tasks that may be assigned by the Superiorfrom time to time.
