in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Officer to source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms for our F&B needs. You will ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards, support Purchase Orders via the E-Procurement System, and collaborate with users to meet procurement requirements, addressing complaints and ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing/sourcing experience in hospitality/F&B industry.
• Resourceful and meticulous with good negotiation, writing and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Source & negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
