Job summary

Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Food Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive procurement coordinator to streamline purchasing, liaise with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain records, assist in sourcing new products and suppliers, and prepare reports while supporting policy implementation and cross- functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the main coordinator between internal departments and external vendors.
• Obtain product feedbacks from internal departments and provide feedbacks to suppliers so that corrective actions can be taken.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant information according to company procedures.
• Highlight product issue to suppliers to improve product quality and assist in replacement/exchange when required.
• Assist in drafting, execution of policies and procedure.
• Work with team members to complete duties as required.
• Coordinate with overseas business partners for necessary purchasing and timely shipment.
• Assist in sourcing of new products and suppliers.
• Assist in preparing necessary reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
