Job summary

ARKCLUB International Management PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimisation.

The role focuses on developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely, quality supply while collaborating with finance and operations.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM or related field, and at least 5 years of procurement experience with 2 in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budget.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and monitor their performance.
• Analyse market trends, pricing, and supply risks to inform sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budget constraints, and relevant regulations.
• Manage procurement contracts, renewals, and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
• Supervise and mentor procurement team members (if applicable)

Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality-assured supply of goods and services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and logistics teams.
