Job summary

GIORDANO ORIGINALS (S) PTE LTD is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Executive & Data Analyst to manage end-to-end procurement activities and perform data-driven purchasing analysis. You will build dashboards, analyse spending, forecast inventory and collaborate with finance, supply chain and retail teams to optimize profitability.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations or supply chain data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools is advantageous.
• Good understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract administration and inventory control.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities including supplier sourcing, RFQs, POs and contract renewals.
• Analyse procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reporting templates and KPIs.
• Coordinate with finance, supply chain and retail teams to forecast purchasing and inventory needs.
• Evaluate supplier performance on delivery, quality, pricing and service.
• Negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing and terms.
• Monitor purchasing budgets and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and improve efficiency.
• Support supply chain digitalisation and procurement system improvements.
• Maintain accurate supplier databases, purchase records and contracts.
