Job summary

GMP Technologies is hiring an Executive to lead data analytics and procurement activities, partnering with clinicians and stakeholders to collect and analyze data.

You will design dashboards, perform forecasting and spend analyses, and drive automation for reporting accuracy and efficiency across the organisation.

Required are strong Excel/Power BI skills, plus Python and SQL experience, with at least two years in procurement, preferably healthcare or large corporate settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Certifications in data analytics, BI, procurement or process improvement are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience, ideally in healthcare, public sector or large corporate environments.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI or comparable tools.
• Experience in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation and improvement is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians and stakeholders to collect, manage and analyse clinical, operational and financial data.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reports for performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Conduct data mining, trend analysis, benchmarking and forecasting to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support performance tracking, research projects and data submissions through data extraction, validation and analysis.
• Develop automated reporting and data visualisation solutions to improve reporting efficiency, accessibility and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and consistency across reports, dashboards and databases.
