Job summary

AVA Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to identify and assess suppliers, balancing price, quality, reliability and delivery timelines while sourcing from local and international markets.

You will maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory, ensure purchasing activities comply with policies and regulations, and deliver regular reports on purchasing activity, market trends and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• Proficiency in Chinese to liaise with China-based suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience (Construction Related).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start work on short notice.
