Job summary

AEGIS BUILDING & ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Procurement cum Accounts Payable (AP) professional to drive purchasing and payables processes. The role collaborates with Operations, Finance and Warehouse teams to meet project needs and ensure cost control.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and has 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction Industry.
• Analytical and well organized, with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and purchase materials, tools, equipment and services based on approved requisitions.
• Perform 3-way matching of PO, GRN, and supplier invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly AP ageing reports and bi-monthly supplier payment reports.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, GRN and invoice documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
