Job summary

T T J DESIGN AND ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable executive to ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, match against POs/DOs, and perform reconciliations. You will verify supporting documents and maintain accurate ledger entries while safeguarding confidential financial information.

The ideal candidate holds a GCE O Level or Diploma in Accountancy, with at least 1 year of AP experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience with ACCPAC is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Match invoices with POs and DOs.
• Collect and verify supporting documents for payment processing.
• Obtain verification and authorization for invoices.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
• Perform creditors’ reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter invoices accurately into the accounting system.
• Maintain filing of documents and ensure compliance with policies.
• Safeguard confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
