Omega 365 Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR & Recruitment Officer to support HR functions, recruitment, employee administration and client coordination. The role is based at Raffles Place, Singapore and requires proactive, motivated candidates.

The successful applicant will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle onboarding and offboarding, assist with work pass processes, and coordinate travel and related arrangements while maintaining accurate personnel records.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with work pass processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and conduct phone screenings.
• Prepare candidate CVs and profiles for client submissions.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding and personnel records.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and related arrangements for employees.
• Review timesheets for payroll and invoicing.
• Support HR administration and client coordination.
