Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Administrator in Singapore to provide daily operational support across recruitment, staff movement, performance management and people welfare campaigns.

You will assist with work pass applications, liaise with medical exam providers, support onboarding, and ensure accurate HRIS data while maintaining organisation-wide filing and stationery management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, especially in work passes management.
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards.
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and staff movements.
• Liaise with clinic for medical examinations pertaining to employment.
• Provide onboarding and orientation administrative support.
• Collate and check performance appraisal forms in HRIS.
• Support HR-led events and staff welfare campaigns.
• Maintain filing system and manage office supplies.
