Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Facilities Officer to manage day-to-day workplace facilities and infrastructure. You will coordinate operations, coordinate vendors and contractors, and liaise with Building Management to maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment.

The role requires a diploma in a related field and at least 2 years of facilities or workplace management experience, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities/office management experience.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ability to independently manage facilities issues through resolution.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, service-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities operations and maintenance across office premises.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works and action follow-ups.
• Conduct site inspections to identify defects and risks.
• Liaise with Building Management on services, access, and issues.
• Manage vendors/contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Obtain quotations, verify works, and assist with invoicing and admin.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, assets and docs.
• Track outstanding facilities issues through to closure.
• Support workplace improvements, space planning and reinstatement works.
• Assist with safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
