Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for critical business applications. You will help ensure system availability, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service to business users while coordinating with internal technical teams and external vendors.

This contract role features Mon-Fri hours, location Jurong West, and a salary package up to 5,500 SGD monthly on a 12-month basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Support or similar roles.
• Understanding incident, service request, and change management processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support to keep systems stable.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and tickets within SLA.
• Perform triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution.
• Track defects and coordinate fixes with development teams and vendors.
• Manage service and change requests with proper documentation.
• Liaise with users, provide updates, ensure positive support experience.
• Coordinate across teams and vendors to resolve integration issues.
• Monitor recurring incidents and suggest preventive measures.
• Support testing/validation for fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
