Job summary

SYNAPXE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Delivery & Service Operations professional to manage cross-functional projects and provide ongoing maintenance for production systems.

You will coordinate with business users, internal teams, and vendors to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and with quality, while driving incident prevention and process improvements. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in project management and service operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record in project management and leading large-scale projects.
• Experience in service operations management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects or multiple projects and drive cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Plan procurement activities and secure scope & funding approvals.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to avoid failures.
• Coordinate with users, internal/external teams, and vendors to deliver on time, budget, and quality.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partnerships.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work well in a team.
• Estimate budgets for new demands during annual work-planning.
• Provide on-going maintenance support and 24/7 standby.
• Attend to user queries and analyze production issues.
• Review and implement patches, bug fixes, and upgrades with teams.
• Participate in SIT/UAT and change management processes.
• Handle admin tasks such as contract renewals and SSL certs.
